Can someone please tell me why prostitution is illegal? Like it’s not even a “what’s wrong with society question”, im genuinely interested because I’m doing law revision and reading a case on prostitution. Like does it have anything to do with tax or stuff like that, not just men in the government trying to control women’s bodies, are there deeper reasons?
